Our platform provides an online marketplace where vendors display their products and customers can browse, reserve, and book items. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You must not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service, or interfere with any other party's use of the platform. Unauthorized access or attempts to access restricted areas of the platform are strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All products displayed on our platform are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate images and descriptions, but slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturing processes.

Prices are listed in Tunisian Dinars (TND) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of placing your booking is the price that applies to your order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your booking.

Our platform operates on a booking model. When you place an order, you are creating a reservation for the selected items. No online payment is required at the time of booking.

Once a booking is placed, the vendor will review and confirm your order. Confirmed orders will be prepared for pickup or delivery. Payment is collected in cash at the time of pickup or upon delivery.

Bookings that are not confirmed within the specified timeframe may be automatically expired. You will be notified of any changes to your booking status.

You may request cancellation of a pending booking at any time before the vendor confirms it. Once a booking has been confirmed by the vendor, cancellation is at the vendor's discretion.

Vendors may cancel a booking if the item becomes unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or for other legitimate business reasons. In such cases, you will be promptly notified.

Since no payment is collected at the time of booking, no refund process is necessary for cancelled unconfirmed bookings.

Our platform acts as an intermediary between vendors and customers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by vendors. All transactions are ultimately between the customer and the vendor.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any products purchased through it.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the platform or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written consent.
